Born and raised in Sonoma County, Megan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from SFSU. She has also earned her CKBD, making her a professional member of NKBA. Megan blends her technical expertise and creative eye to provide excellent well thought through design solutions.

Josie has over 12 years of experience in the design industry and loves to guide clients through the design process. She takes the overwhelm out of design projects by making suggestions and recommendations based on what your needs are. She takes time to listen to her clients, so she can make sure the finished result is a true reflection of her client’s dreams. Along with helping with bathroom and kitchen designs, she also does window treatments, color consultations and furniture/décor design projects.

Hello, my name is Madison Golden! I am a Sonoma County native, growing up in the rolling hills of Windsor. My passion for interior design was sparked by the rustic architecture of wine country. I entered the Interior Design program at Saddleback College in Orange County. Through my education I was able to refine my skills and eye for creating custom spaces that fit our client’s needs. I look forward to collaborating with our clients so that their dream home can become a reality!

Being raised in Sonoma County, Maxine has tasteful design ideas for your wine country home. While enrolled in Santa Rosa Junior College, she has practiced the delivery of a seamless design process in the Interior Design Program. Enjoying creating a sustainable and functional space that each of her clients can live out their best aesthetic dreams in, she continues her educational path here at Northbay. When she has some time to herself you may find her at our local waterfalls, or trivia nights with local vendors! 

Growing up in a family where daily quality-time was spent in the heart of the home, Maxine thrives in her kitchen. When we spend our time prepping food for ourselves and our families, it can be such a rewarding and sometimes tedious process - and that's why Maxine's love of kitchen design blossomed. With a gorgeous and functional kitchen design, we gravitate towards our stoves more often. Which not only entices us to give that new recipe a try, but also allows time to create unforgettable memories. It's just math really, great kitchen = happy life. 

Michaela has experience in numerous fields of the home improvement industry such as construction management, interior design & decorating, and administrative assisting. She is a Navy Veteran and graduated with her BFA in Interior Architecture & Design from Academy of Art University, San Francisco. Although design is her main passion she uses her wide array of software, technical, and construction knowledge to assist Northbay Kitchen & Bath with all things administrative. Outside of work she juggles the many facets of being a mom to two young children. She loves to cook healthy and creative recipes for her loved ones, tends to a few farm animals, and even runs her own small business.
